With Dear Frances already seeing very fast growth, our role was to explore new areas of opportunity to push the growth even further. The desire was to maintain the brand feel of sustainable luxury craftmanship whilst continuing to expand into new audiences and territories.
The requirements was for Search, Display, Video and Shopping.
We began by undertaking a full restructure of the accounts by crossmatching negatives to funnel the traffic to specific ads of choice. This very quickly increased the quality score and impression share which led to impressive YoY growth.
The Shopping Feed was updated with SEO-friendly Shopping Titles. This resulted in huge brand awareness through an uplift in clicks from generic searches which also positively reflected in Search and Social.
We introduced video campaigns to add the brand awareness activity, using YouTube we were able to reach new audiences and further grow new customer acquisition.
