Recruitment at PK is 
a two-way process

This process is as much about you finding the right agency as it is us finding the right person for our team. So we encourage you to ask as many questions as possible through the interview process.

When interviewing at PK, you can expect to meet 
at least two members of the team, some you would be working with directly and others who are wider members of the company. You’ll sometimes only have interviews online, but we do like to do them 
in person as well if we can.

We always encourage people to come and see us 
at our office because it’s a significant indicator of 
the culture at PK and our ways of working.

You only get one chance to make a first impression

Starting at PK should feel like a natural step, not a 
leap into the unknown. So you’ll receive info about your first day well in advance, and then we’ll kick things off with a friendly introduction to the team, 
a tour of the office, and a low-pressure overview 
of what’s ahead.

We’ll take you through our values, culture, and how we work. This isn’t just a PowerPoint presentation, it’s a conversation about what makes us tick and how you can contribute.

Once you’re settled in, we’ll ease you into your role with some starter projects. These are designed to help you get a feel for how we do things and start making an impact right away.

Onboarding doesn’t end after your first week. We’ll check in regularly to see how you’re settling in, answer any questions, and make sure you’re feeling confident in your new role.
