There’s always a lot going on at Prospect Knight and that means there are opportunities and challenges at every turn. As such you’ll need to be able to multitask and prioritise like a pro! You’ll be taking everything you learnt from your experiences as an Executive and building on those to begin managing your own clients.
Day to Day
Having mastered the basics of Advertising you’ll be honing your skills in the art of all things Paid, Social and Display. You might expect your weeks to sound a bit like this, but let’s be honest you should also probably assume there’ll be some unexpected twists and turns so we can’t list absolutely everything you might be doing.
You’ll have your own portfolio of clients but you might also be supporting other team members on larger accounts. This means that you will oversee the strategy for your clients and you in turn might be supported by others where appropriate. As we’re a growing company we’ll still be expecting you to get stuck in with implementation and optimisation.
KPIs? You love them! Meeting them, exceeding them, going back to the drawing board….none of it will phase you. If they’re not being met you’ll want to uncover why and what you can do about it. You’ll also be asking yourself if you’re able to relate the KPIs back to the clients business objectives to understand what they are looking to achieve. If objectives change you’ll be questioning what this means for the strategy and be looking to adapt as necessary.
Client comms are our forte! It’s part of the reason clients love working with us. That means you’ll be talking to clients on a weekly (and sometimes daily!) basis by phone, email and in person, delivering high quality insights that show off our great work and benefit our clients business’. Where appropriate, you’ll even work from client offices.
In addition to all of that? Everyone takes a part in developing new business so you might get asked to help put together a presentation or attend a meeting with potential clients. There will also be times where you might be asked to write for our blog particularly if you have expertise in an area of interest.
