The Role

This is a great role to help you get your teeth stuck into the world of email marketing and CRM. It will enable you to get a great grounding in the channel and build solid foundations for your career and growth.

To begin with, you’ll get familiar with our clients and the work we do for them. You’ll support the CRM Manager in delivery and execution of email marketing for our clients. This can include anything from copywriting, data segmentation, creating assets, testing, planning and executing email and automated campaigns. 

Once you’ve mastered those, you’ll be implementing learnings and optimising your own client accounts. That will mean you have some weekly reports to produce and provide insights on. A big part of that task will be to ensure that the client’s KPIs are being met and if they not, understanding why and what needs to be done to improve things. 

All the groundwork that you undertake will be important when you talk to clients and you’ll do this regularly at client meetings. This may involve overseeing the planning and the strategy for your own clients which means you’ll have room to take ownership of these accounts.

To succeed, you’ll:

  • Be inquisitive and ambitious
  • Have some email marketing experience (12-18months) and are looking for your next step up
  • Have used a CRM or an Email Marketing platform (i.e. Klaviyo, Mailchimp) 
  • Have a creative flair and enjoy copywriting
  • Have a basic understanding of data, data management, compliance and how databases work
  • Be organised and deadline orientated. A team player with the ability to also work independently.
  • Have a passion for not only Email, but also marketing and business on the whole.
