You are an experienced and guiding member of the CRM team. You will lead by example by nurturing the highest quality relationships with your clients, delivering world-class marketing strategies that align with their goals. You have the responsibility of deciding how your team approaches client work, and you will be flexible between hands-on and hands-off management, depending on what the situation needs. By doing all of this successfully, you will play a key role in achieving our overall company goals.
DAY TO DAY
You’ll be looking after the existing client base which is a varied group of clients and as you’d expect they have a wide range of business objectives which has a knock-on effect as to what we need to deliver for each of them. You’ll also be responsible for the current team in place.
As someone that eats, sleeps and breathes CRM you’ll understand the role that this channel plays within the business including CRM strategy, setup and segmentation (technology and tagging strategies) as well as how to utilise audiences for online advertising (Lookalike audiences etc). You’ll have in-depth knowledge of different tech stacks so setting up triggers or automated emails based on behaviours will come as second nature to you. You’ll have a flair for creating email templates that have the look and feel of the client you are working on whilst the copy will be reflective of their tone.
Regular reporting on performance is an integral part of our client relationships, you’ll be comfortable generating reports and explaining what they mean. As such you’ll lead client meetings or collaborate with the PK client lead as appropriate.
Strategy plays a big part in the account management of clients so it’s key we stay ahead of the game. Through regular meetings and working on client campaigns you’ll be able to develop campaign calendars and plan concepts that meet the client’s requirements.
You will also be involved at all stages of Business Development, from preliminary research on prospective clients to presentation prep and the actual pitch.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

3+ years of relevant experience (Klaviyo experience is a bonus)
